No complaints, I enjoyed this place, can't recommend highly enough. The hotel was quiet and the staff incredibly nice, gorgeous location in the middle of the city. Location: the property was next to go down to the sheltered beach area, the cliff on the seafront and Madeira. Also, Curtado was within short walking distance to. The atmosphere created was quiet!

The food here was amazing, the drinks were fine, and there was a nice quiet atmosphere.

The level of English proficiency among the staff can be challenging, making it difficult to communicate specific requests.
